- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This afternoon I spent an hour waiting to do a simple wire transfer at the Chaska Wells Fargo. After 40 minutes of waiting, I walked into the Branch Manager's corner office and said "I've been waiting over 30 minutes for a wire transfer, can you do them?". He said that he didn't have a PIN pad in his office. At 45 minutes I walked back into his office and said "I'm at 45 minutes and still waiting, can you move to a different spot in this branch WITH a pin pad and help me out?". He told me how busy he was with other stuff and that he couldn't help me. When I told him EXACTLY how I felt about that response, he invited me to leave his branch. I WILL leave this branch.
